HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS!nHORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS!! The customer service here was the worst! The manager doesn’t have any people skills, very rude! She demanded we should wear masks after we had been here for a week while the employees walked around without them!!! There’s always a dryer or a washer that doesn’t work the grill didn’t work one night the pool was dirty, Our first room was moldy and the best thing they did here was exchange it. Honestly it’s in a nice area and a nice place! but the customer service is really really really poor besides the two guys and a few ladies that work here!!!nVERY UNORGANIZED!!nI’m usually not one complain but the situation was horrible enough that I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
Nice clean, spacious suite. Excellent hospitality at Front Desk. Hotel could use some updates, i.e., hallways don't smell great. Other than that, great stay, great rate and I would stay there again!
Everything in the room was old and covered in a layer of grime. The floors were sticky. The WiFi access was spotty. The electronic door malfunctioned throughout our stay requiring us to get new or updated key cards daily. Three times managers needed to let us in using a machine and promising to have the battery or locked fixed — but that never happened. Then, on our final day, we got locked out again. Except this time, the front desk staffer was obviously annoyed that the key he had just “fixed” didn’t work and he had to come up and let us into the room. I’ve never encountered such a dismissive and demeaning attitude from a professional working in hospitality services. We’re never returning and I recommend that you avoid this place as well.
Clean spacious room, friendly helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, a big plus!! To col to swim, but the pool looked nice.
I stayed here for two months, this place is fabulous! The staff was very friendly and polite. Mr Rhonda was so nice always. I mean very professional always. I can’t remember every one names, but they were all nice. I will be returning.
