This was the worst experience my family had to go through. Got here at 3pm to check in but was informed it would be 30 more minutes for the rooms to be cleaned so we headed out for a few then came back at 4:30 just to be told we didnt even have a room yet. They seemed frantic or flustered with all the people who had complaints and I understand. Maybe they were new so I try to be gentle with them but after given a key card to a room that had a guest already inside. We waited for 3 and a half hours just to find out that our room was a different room and the front desk just was too overwhelmed or something. I definitely wouldn't recommend at all.
Had to check in late because they were having staffing issues, but they solved them in a quick manor. Staff was polite and friendly even though they were understaffed and obviously stressed out. The pool was available but it is only april 7 and the pool is outside. The rooms were large, clean stocked and comfortable
We have no problem with nit cleaning room daily. However, the hallways need to be vacuum daily. All the staff was very pleasant.
Worst service. We reserved and arrived at 5 oclock. Check in time is 3. They dont show any sorry to us. They didnt ay apolosize for being late. They just told me u need to wait until 6 oclock. They are rude n arrogant. If there is anothet comfort, we surely use that o e
this hotel is terrible, it has nothing to do with comfort, first to get the room we waited 3 hours and we started badly there, the room was not clean, they offer breakfast which there is not even coffee. it really wasn't a pleasant experience.
