2019. I gave this hotel a 4 star Clean. Pleasant staff. Easy to locate. Multiple choices for food, gas and anything you could possibly need.nn2020. This year I am changing it to a 2 star . The hotel isn't nearly as clean and maintenance lacks greatly. There are plenty of other places to give a chance.
Room was okay but primitive. First time in years I’ve been in a hotel room with zero USB plugs. Only single power plugs in the night stand lamps. No place at all to hang clothing on hangers. No water pressure in sink. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast here because there are to many awesome restaurants to visit in the area. Overall I’d say that next time we’re here to visit family we will stay somewhere else.
Great place to stay! Loved Melanie at the front desk. Do not depend on clocks in room to be accurate. Staff was awesome and very kind!!!nRoom was very comfortable.
Nice Hampton Inn. Staff is friendly and rooms are nice plus clean. Free breakfast is above average.nnThat's an old rating. It has gone way down hill since my last stay. No longer recommended. Won't be staying here in the future.
The check in was a breeze. Friendly desk service. We had a double Queen bed room and it was tiny. One bed had a piece if dirt in the sheets that we are not sure if it came from the rug via our feet or was there already. Due to COVID, breakfast was uneventful. The woman serving was extremely rude and she obviously thought lightly toasted is just a warm untested English muffin. When I went back for another well toasted, she was too busy to weight on me. Giving this hotel 3 stars was generous.
