Betty was amazing and patient. I booked and prepaid my reservation through a third party (which was the biggest mistake ever and as a IHG employee I should have known better) but the reservation wasn't showing up in the system. I got frustrated but Betty was calm and sweet the entire time. She is a great employee!!!
I love Holiday Inn Expresses and search them out. I have stayed here before but this time was less than spectacular. Bathroom needs repairs and upgraded appliances. Nothing in the dispensers in the shower. TV was very small maybe a 36 or 40. Fairly noisy room even for a hotel and doors needed attention. All the little things that drive you nuts.
Nice newer extremely clean hotel at a reasonable price. The 2 ladies on duty were terrific accommodating us.
Not crowded. Can't wait until real breakfast again.
Three things I demand. Clean, good soft water, and a awesome bed. They had all three. Highly recommend.
