DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa Downtown

First of all, parking was easy. An employee was out there to direct traffic which kept everything smooth. Heck-in was smooth and quick. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. They all were prepared. You are welcomed with warm cookies and a list of restaurants to go to or door dash. Coffee is always available. The breakfast was average but Martin one of the employees made our visit at the restaurant there better. He worked so hard. The bar was great too. They had special drinks and quick service. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Only downfall is there was no microwave or refrigerator.nLastly, the manager welcomed us and was around greeting people. I appreciated the COVID protocols. They were appropriate and easy to follow.

Hands down, if you have to stay Downtown Tulsa I recommend this location. We had a quick trip in so the negative comments I have are not that big to me.nnThe positive about this location. Awesome customer service! First and foremost I had some questions regarding checkin and parking with an event we were attending. Hotel was very clean lobby was spacious and welcoming.nnThe hotel room with an expectation that I will mention momentarily was good. My daughter loved because she had ample room, beds were comfortable and a good view of the city.nnThe bad, road construction (hotel had told us ahead of time it was tricky) makes it hard to find your way in the lot and is very tight.nnThe bathtub had soap ring from a bath and hardened soap on the hand rail, and the glasses in the sink area had sticky finger prints and what appeared to be dried soda in both glasses. ( Normally I would have called but as mentioned we were here less than 24 hours and had our own drink ware etc)nnAlso this was gymnastics weekend across the street at the Convention Center, at times it was very loud in the hallways. We were lucky and only had a couple times early in the night we were woke up, but some friends were on the floor below us and they believe it was hotel management got involved to silence the crowd and they were extremely grateful.nnI will stay here again, hopefully catch a hockey game next time, love Hilton properties and their great customer service

We came to Tulsa for a show. Our band is Riders Ford. We had a truck, trailer and a 47’ bus to park. Leah made sure we were very well taken care by sending her engineer Mike to guide the bus to a level parking space for our guys to sleep well! The customer service speaks volume for this hotel. I would highly recommend anyone coming to downtown Tulsa to stay here. I will for sure come back!

Not well versed in multiple different hotels but know enough and here’s what you will get here.nnPros:nClean roomsnNice, big indoor poolnnCons:nTiny bathroomnStaff could use a little training in simple customer service (seemed annoyed with questions, no eye contact, just a day job to them)nHomeless population is strong, meaning hanging out in different corners of the main floornWalk ability to other things is very limited with kids ages 7 and 8nnHotel is mediocre at best, my guess is there are much better Tulsa options out there
