Ambassador Hotel Tulsa, Autograph Collection

Had a corner room, very spacious. Did not have tub but shower was large. There were plenty of seating options in the room The TV makes it easy to cast to if that is your desire. Like the Keuring in the room. Has a mini bar but wasn't cold.nEnjoyed the room and stay.

I recently stayed at The Ambassador and had an awesome stay. When we first entered the room, we thought that there was something wrong with the thermostat, so we called the front desk and they were very accommodating. A heater was brought to our room and another room was even offered if the heater wasn’t to our liking. Although it turned out that the thermostat issue was a complete “operator” error, I was very impressed to know that, had we had an actual issue, the staff would have gone above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. This was my first time staying at The Ambassador, but it won’t be my last.

I had a disappointing stay. The reason I checked into the Hotel was to get away from construction noise over where I live. I also told the person at the hotel this was why I was checking into the Ambassador, for some quiet. He said, yea it’s very quiet here.nHowever, it is very noisy in the room they gave me as there is a building demolition next door. I am dealing with a splitting headache today from the construction crew on the roof next to the hotel. I called the front desk and she confirmed that the crew is there to gut the whole building everyday from 8-5 including weekends.nnSo, Why didn’t this get mentioned when I was checking in. Even if I hadn’t mentioned that I was trying to get away from the noise, it is the right and ethical move to tell your guests what you know and they don’t about the noise. This is unprofessional.nnI noticed when I spoke with the front desk that nothing was offering for better options. I came down and asked if there was an office center or a spot in the hotel that would be quieter. The young lady at the desk offered I could sit in the restaurant or the library but that they may also be noisy. I spotted a small room and asked if I could sit there? She said yes that’s the office center.nnI had just asked if you had an office center?nReally, no attempt was made to makeup for this unreasonably loud and room.nnVery disappointed.

Fav brunch spot, favorite hotel in Tulsa, so many memories at this lovely property.

Fabulous stay. Clean and cozy room. Bathroom offered wonderful lighted mirror.nChalkboard restraunt was amazing. Close to other stores and bars.nWill return!
