I'm usually not one to complain and easy going but I'm pretty agitated and disappointed I paid over $100 to sweat our whole stay. Our first room of was 76 when we came in and turned the ac on and it just kept getting hotter in there, so we talked to the front desk (who were super nice and as helpful as they could possibly be) and he moved us to a different room. Same issue. Also the construction workers parked there when there's already limited parking and they didn't park appropriately and took up more than one spot to if we parked our car would be left out to far causing other people not able to get out making the open spots unusable. we had to park elsewhere and Uber back to the hotel.
Room was very nice. But I had issues with paying for parking and no inner curtain to block out the sun. The worst issue was the jack hammering outside at 6:30am which I wasn't warned about.
Had a great stay. Staff was great and the room clean and kept. Hotel is beautiful. Thanks to all the hotel staff and housekeeping for all your hard work. Will recommend!
When I got into my room it was dark. I tried to turn on the light. The lights did not work. The lamps did not work. The clock did not work. The TV did not work. The power outlets did not work. The only power whatsoever was in the bathroom.nI went to the front desk, nobody was there.nI called the front desk, and it just rang and rang.nI sat in a dark room, went to sleep unable to charge my devices.nThe next morning informed the lady at the front desk who didn’t seem to care. Tried to contact the manager who was unavailable and didn’t get anywhere.nI have stayed at many hotels, never dealt with anything this bad. Old hotel, they tried to give a face lift. Nothing works, and they don’t seem to care.
We booked a hotel room for Friday night for an event we had for Saturday. The event ended up getting cancelled due to inclement weather. We called to cancel the hotel two days in advance and were told we would not be refunded. We had to cancel for something totally out of our control and feel like the manager should have been a little more understanding due to the circumstances out of everyone’s control.
