My experience at the hotel was really nice. The hospitality was great and the room was extremely nice.nMy only complaint is that it seems like the heater wasn't working. My room stayed at a chilled 62° all night. Forced me to stay in bed most of the time.
Very poor customer service. I will never stay at this Hyatt again, and I can't recommend anyone else to either. If you forget any items it will take a FULL MONTH to get those back. Honestly, it may take more because I am still waiting to receive mine. It seems like no one is in charge or knows what they are doing. The sad thing is, I don't leave negative reviews but I felt inclined to do so this time. I am just so disappointed how the managerial staff has handled my whole situation.
SO nice! The location is wonderful, the hotel is so clean and absolutely adorable inside and out. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, Andrew checked me in and was so friendly and quick to help me with anything I needed during my stay!
Fabulous hotel with boutique feel.nFriendly and outgoing staff.nNice rooms. Good workout area with space for yoga. Warm cookies. The peanut butter cookies were amazing!
Booked on Priceline and it was late at night so it defaulted for the next day. 1) Hotel would not honor the reservation. 2) When I called to cancel the woman manager did not cooperate and ended up hanging up on me and would not take further calls. So basically they stole $100 from me.
