Checked in about 5 pm. Our room was 81 degrees!! We tried to get the air on. No such luck. No maintenance person on duty. A guest at the hotel had to work on it for us. They are moving us to a different room in the morning. They have been very gracious about it. Also, the sheets don't appear to have been changed, and there are bugs on the ceiling.
Only stayed because nothing else was available in area. Also the large number of police in entry way made it feel more secure. Arresting several people. The ceiling was missing over front desk, room was just dirty no fitted sheet on bed. Staff looked quit uncomfortable likne possibly strung out themselves. Never will stay at a Quality Inn again. I'll just sleep in my car.
The worst experience. Bed blankets was dirty. They give me second room with same problem. Elevator. Carpet furniture all dirty in bad shape. Very disappointed. Better choice hotels company do something to fix it
Oh my gosh please save your money!! This place has roaches and not just one. We saw 3 within a few minutes! We got out there as soon as we seen that! Customer service didn't hesitate to refund our money but I would not recommend this place.
System down. Rooms were full despite me pre paying. Now have to call corporate for a refund
