Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa Downtown

It was very late when we arrived to the hotel maybe about 1:30 AM and we were greeted by a very young nice lady she helped us in through the front door while we were trying to check in there was a small issue with our card and she explained that she was still kind of knew I could tell she was nervous but I told her there was nothing to be nervous about and not worry she was very kind and was able to figure out our situation for us she offered us a cold drink for the inconvenience. She was wonderful!!! She made sure we didn’t need anything at all and if we needed anything to give her a call and she would help us with whatever it was she was outstanding. There was one issue when we got to our room we had noticed some trash left in the room maybe from the maids when they were cleaning which was OK but our toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a month there was a mess left in I am assuming from the previous guest. We were so exhausted so we just went to sleep when we had come down the next day and spoke with another employee maybe manager I did not get her name I believe it was a older lady with blond hair but when I explained the issue she was very rude to us as if we had done it and that we were at fault because we didn’t come down as soon as we seen it and told them so they could fix the problem right away. Maybe she was having a bad day don’t we all. I just wish things were done a little more professionally. The rest of the stay was very pleasant the lobby was very clean and quiet. Great snack choices. Miss the breakfast though

We are here for the weekend. So far so good and we got to use the pool. THAT is the best part so far.. ud83dudc9c

Nice hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. Indoor pool is small. I definitely recommend this hotel for those traveling with kids.

Clean and a great location! Downside is that there is no hot tub even though the picture definitely shows one, and the pancake maker was broken when I stayed.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Adequate supply of bath towels. Hot water was not extremely hot. Area itself was nice did see some homeless people in the area though. In the arts district with lots of bars and shops. Due to covid-19 a lot of places were closed.
