Walgreens Pharmacy

DO NOT USE Walgreens (3816 E Frank Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, OK) THEY NEVER HAVE THE MEDICATIONS IN STOCK, EVEN WHEN YOURE ON AN AUTOMATIC REFILL, NOR DO THEY CHECK THEIR STOCK! THE PHARMACIST IS APPARENTLY TOO LAZY TO DO THIS HERSELF, AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO DICTATE DIRECTIONS TO HER TECHS TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THESE MEDICATIONS ARE IN STOCK, SO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO TRUST THEM, THEIR LIVES ARE NOT JEOPARDIZED BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOBS!nnAS MANY OF YOU KNOW, MY MOTHER IS ON AN ANTI REJECTION MEDICATION BECAUSE SHE HAD A LIVER TRANSPLANT THAT ANTI REJECTION MEDICATION HAS TO BE FILLED ON THIS DAY, EVERY MONTH! FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, WE HAVE BEEN DELAYED IN GETTING THESE FILLED FOR HER. LAST MONTH, THEY HAD US COME BACK TWICE A DAY, FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW, TO BE TOLD THAT “ITS NOT READY YET, COME BACK LATER”, TO FIND OUT ON THE THIRD DAY THAT IT WASNT EVEN THERE. THIS MONTH, ITS HAPPENING AGAIN!nnI’M HOME FROM WORK BECAUSE MY LOWER BACK IS LOCKED UP AND I CAN HARDLY MOVE. WHEN I GOT THE CALL FROM MY MOM ABOUT THIS, I DECIDED TO CALL THE Walgreens (1920 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, OK), BECAUSE I AM NOT IN BARTLESVILLE AT THE MOMENT, AND CANNOT DRIVE THERE TO HANDLE THIS FACE-TO-FACE WITH THE WALGREENS ON FRANK PHILLIPS.nnI WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACIST IN A MATTER OF THREE MINUTES, WHO ASSURED ME THAT THIS MEDICATION WOULD BE HERE BY NOON TOMORROW, AND THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN TO HER NEXT MONTH, FROM THEIR STORE.nnI THEN CALLED THE WALGREENS ON FRANK PHILLIPS...I WAS ON HOLD FOR 21 MINUTES, TO THEN BE TOLD THAT THE PHARMACIST HAD TO GIVE A FLU SHOT AND IT WOULD BE LONGER...(that poor person getting that shot!)nnFINALLY, WHEN SHE GOT ON THE PHONE, IT WAS A DEBATE AS TO WHY THIS IS BECOMING AN ISSUE! SHE SAID THAT YES, IT WAS ON AUTOMATIC REFIL, BUT THEY DONT KNOW UNTIL IT POPS UP, IF THEY HAVE THE MEDICATIONS IN STOCK OR NOT, AND THEN THEY JUST GO AHEAD AND ORDER THEM. SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER AS TO WHY THEY WERE NOT CHECKING THEIR STOCK AHEAD OF TIME - ESPECIALLY WITH THESE PARTICULAR MEDICATIONS - TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THEY WERE READILY AVAILABLE SO THEY WERE NOT PUTTING THEIR CUSTOMERS LIVES IN DANGER! SHE WANTED TO REPEAT TO ME AGAIN THAT THEY WAIT AND ORDER THEM WHEN THEY POP UP. WHEN I TOMD HER THAT THIS WAS BEING RECORDED, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.nnAGAIN, IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR THE LIVES OF YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT USE THE WALGREENS ON FRANK PHILLIPS BOULEVARD!!! BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR THEIR CUSTOMERS LIVES!

Found what I needed, but when I went to check out the female clerk was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't ask if I needed help , say hello or anything. I put my things on the counter, she rang them up, had to tell her I had a reward card. Handed her my card she took the card swiped it and put it on the counter. Didn't tell me the total just stood there . I had to asked what the total was.Put my credit card in to pay, it asked for my pin, so I asked her which button do I push if I don't want to use my pin. She just reached over pushed the button, never said a word. Put my receipt in my bag not in my hand or even ask if I wanted it in the bag. I was so mad I walked off without my sack. Had to turn around d and get it. Makes you not want to shop there.

. Basically like this pharmacy better than other Walgreen pharmacy. Drawing for money time at walgreens ,clerks extra cheerful and happy. Update, still not a bad pharmacy, gap between top and bottom performing employees seems wider than past.

Everytime I come to town somebody else has used my card for points. . Anyone can use your phone number and take your points. .. no one checks to make sure you are the person on the card !! Glad I don't have to shop at Walgreens anymore for anything even meds.. Because they have lost my business. . I'll shop at cvs.. better coupons and bargains !!

I love coming here because even during rush hour they have you helped from start to finish in about 15 minutes !
