I’ve just had emergency surgery and need my pain medicine, they’ve had 4 hours and had the nerve to gaslight my husband and tell him there were 200 other prescriptions that needed to be filled. No he doesn’t want to hear your sob story he’s calling for an update because his pregnant wife can barely breathe and is in a supreme amount of pain because she had to have an ORGAN removed. Anytime I’ve had to use their services they’ve been slow, unreliable, and downright rude. They’re more likely to send you to another store because they “forgot” about you then to actually do their jobs. It’s your job, if you don’t like customer service then get a different job preferably one where you don’t have to deal with people ud83dude44.

Very unpleasant employees. They are rude and abrupt. Not the least bit helpful. The Pharmacy is terrible, worst one in town. The managers are useless and do nothing to fix problems.

The lady that helped me, Carrol, knew exactly where the product was that I needed! Instead of just pointed in the direction, she took the time out of her day to take me to it! I am glad she is now working in this Pharmacy, definitely recommend asking for her assistance next time!! Will be transferring all of my scripts from Walmart to Walgreens soon! ud83dudc9e thank you Carrol!

Make sure you don't go to the pharmacy during their LUNCH BREAK that requires a total shutdown and hope someone in the pharmacy will make eye contact with you at some point rather than act like they don't see you standing there and hope its a convenient time for them to administer a flu shot because if you get there right after their lunch break is not a convenient time and you will be told to TRY AGAIN LATER even tho you are the only patron at the counter and if you ask if you can make an appointment that will cause a MAJOR HEADSPIN from the woman behind the counter without a name badge on and you will be told to GO ONLINE AND MAKE YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT! And bless the woman's heart who had the audacity to ask for Tylenol at the drive thru window to go with her sons antibiotic that she was picking up because after the nameless, badge less woman behind the counters HEAD STOPPED SPINNING over that request she ripped the customers head off and told her she didn't have time to do her personal shopping for her she would have to come in and get it herself! Other than being treated rudely and letting me know that I really put them out by having the nerve to ask for a flu shot and leaving without my flu shot or an appointment it was a GREAT experience. One I will never subject myself to again. They are definitely too busy for my health and well-being so I won't trouble them again.

No masks on Pharmacy tech, or Dear God, tell me it wasn't a Pharmacist. I was planning to buy Sudafed but I left as it is not worth risking my life for. Patrons are bad enough and it is Trump country, but staff should mask.
