Super clean place. We're actually pleasantly surprised. The front service lady was nice. Our room's AC worked great. Bathroom was in pristine condition and the bed was super comfortable! Only issue I had was the stromg room deodorizer of cinnamon.. I hate cinnamon. But this wasn't a deal breaker, Definitely on our list for when we come back to Broken Bow.

Charming roadside motel. Room was clean. Bed was clean. Nice pillows. Property was tidy and clean. Front desk staff was nice. I'm sure it was owner. Plenty of food near by. I was unexpectedly layed over in this town while in my semi and didn't want to sleep in truck. They have room for 1 or 2 semi. For all those reviews who say this is a terrible place. You should have gone to 5 star hotel. This is nice clean place to lay your head down and get going in morning. It's not a Hilton and neither is the price.
This place is awful!!! It smells so bad that air freshener didn't even help the smell. Not to mention how run down it is. Was there not even 30 minutes. Went and ask for a refund so we could leave but lady said no because we been walking around in there. Honestly I was outside majority of that time it smelled so bad. She refused to give us our money back but we left anyways. I wouldn't refer that place to anyone. I wouldn't pay $20 to stay there.
Revised... All the business must be taking its toll upon the owners was accused of damaging a tv, I left the source on hdmi 1 because I connected a fire stick was told I'm not welcome back
