We didn't have a working TV, the faucet in our room dripped, we couldn't get it to stop we did bring this to the people at the desk they told they would fix these problems before we came back that night wasn't done. The night desk person knew nothing about this when we complained again, the beds where extremely hard it was extremely cold in the hotel itself. Absolutely no where near enough parking for all the rooms the add.nI wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there at all!!
Do not go
It was not all that well really. Somebody passed away in one of the rooms there and somehow or another management didn't find out about it until the corpse started smelling real bad. The smell was absolutely horrendous.nWe stayed in a room that had a hot tub in it and the price was very reasonable for that. They allowed my service dog. They have handicap parking in handicap accessible doorways. They allowed us to check in early however there was a $25 fee for that.nAll at all considering it wasn't a bad day not counting the dead body and the smell.
The gentlemen at the front desk were so nice and kind but for the lady that’s a different story. She found every way she could to be mad about my service dog. She threatened to kick me out of my room multiple times if I did not tell her why I needed my dog or what my dog was used for. I recently moved so all of my things are in storage including her card and license. So I do have a picture of her registration and I will no longer stay here. She was rude and very unprofessional I’m greatly sorry to the people that have to work under her.
Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable only they didn't have the full breakfast like the sign out front said.
