I've stayed here before and had a great experience. This time was far from good. Somehow my room wasn't what I got booked online. They said they were trying to get me upgraded but never provided updates unless I called.nI asked if they could at least clean my room and was told by management that there's about 17 people ahead of me so it probably won't be today.nLastly the internet kept being spotty.nThis was the last straw so I left and went to another hotel.nStaff was friendly but very unhelpful and didn't even offer to provide better solutions.nMight not stay here again after being treated like this.
This staff is all around amazing. One of the best places we have stayed in the Tulsa area. 3rd shirt staff was the best. 1/22/21- 1/24/21
I’d give it a zero if I could. Not very welcoming or accommodating for kids. Girl at desk was disrespectful to my wife about the situation we had going on.
Great Service, Clean Rooms and Whitney at the front desk was very helpful and recommended some very fine restaurants.
Would give it a zero if I could. Super rude staff, requested to speak to a manager and was told he would call me and never did. Not kid friendly. Hateful desk workers.
