This was one of the best and most comfortable stays that I have had as a truck driver. The service was excellent. The place was very clean and well disinfected. The desk clerk Dakota was very courteous, professional and went out of her way and helped me charge my phone. I really appreciate her kindness and for that I am very thankful. Keep up the excellent work, you all are the best!!!
The rooms are clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.
My company crew has been staying here for about 6 months. They say due to covid they will only clean your room ever3 days. In reality they won’t. We work in construction and constantly track in mud and dirt. It had been so long since they cleaned my room I had grass sprouts growing from the mud where I take off my work boots. Treadmill in gym has been broken for 5 months. Continental breakfast has not had milk in 5 months nor does it have any healthy options. Washing machine has been out of order since day one. Dogs are welcome and they are loud. I can only give 1 star because it won’t allow me to give zero.
Toilet didn't flush, room was for non smokers but reeked of smoke. No other rooms available because the entire hotel was full with construction workers who sat in their trucks in the parking lot for whatever reason and made my wife uncomfortable walking out puppy.
Evening staff is amazing the evening hotel clerk I love her so much she makes me laugh will be visiting again
