The management and staff were not friendly at all. I am a travel agent that booked a 3 night stay at $87 per night, I had requested 2 queen beds because I was traveling with my children. Check in is 2:00 PM , I tried to check in 15 minutes earlier and the staff informed me that they did not have any rooms available or cleaned yet. Later on while checking in I had the staff confronted me about having extra people in my room, which I had to explain who the guest were. They charged me an additional $ 50 fees for a daily rate on top of the booking which were hidden fees in case I use their phones or snack-bars. When I voice my opinion to the staff about the lack of customer service that I was not receiving in their establishment, I was told that they would increase my rate on their end. I called Expedia and I shared my experiences with the hotel staff and they tried to get the hotel to honor the initial rate that were initially quoted and they denied to work with Expedia. Please beware of the hidden fees and the lack of service from the comfort inn and suites. They spoke to me as if I was in a 3rd world country. I have traveled all over the world and I had not have to endure such unprofessionalism. Beware folks do not accept abuse on top of your hard earn money!
1st time in Boston, the hotel shuttle took a little while to pick me up but the hotel is beautiful, walking distance from a few diff food spots & GEORGE @ the front desk was so kind! I really appreciated his service :)
For the restaurant: #1 Had to track someone down to wait on me after sitting for 10 minutes (seat yourself sign at host desk) #2 Margarita rocks/salt should not be a difficult ask... came without salt. Sent it back and settled for water #3 Server brings dinner and sits it on the corner of the table - waits for me to move in front of me and blister my fingers to tell me that the plate is hot #4 Left the charge for the margarita on the invoice. Terrible experience. The food was good, once I bit back the pain in my fingers
I have not been to Boston in over 20 years and was so excited to visit. This hotel was very relaxing and a nice place to stay overnite or if you are visiting friends or relative. The lobby is nicely decorated and the rooms are very comfortable.. They serve a continental grab bag and go breakfast which is a nice touch. Free wifi is available. The lobby computer is super slow but available. Overall a very pleasant place to visit.
My go to hotel when needing something close to Logan. Room and property are always clean, airport pick up and drop off is also on point. Prices usually very reasonable.
