I'm giving it 5 stars because it's exactly as I expected it to be. It's a small motel by a nice State Park and it's very quaint. It's cash or check only and she lets you know that right from the start so you're not caught off guard. The room is simple with A/C and heat and very clean. The bathrooms were standard with clean towels (they smelled like the were laundered with bleach) and the bed linens were clean. It's very affordable and right next to a bar and a restaurant which are nice and country-style.
Very Nice and quite little place . I totally recommend if your in this area stop for a night and enjoy ft Cobb lake its 200yards from the motel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We always stay at her motel when we come to ft cobb and we have never had a problem with anything
Me and my son have stayed a few weeks here. The rooms are nice and clean and very close to the lake. It's a perfect fishing get away spot. The lady who owns it is very nice.
Awesome place to stay at. Yes it's obviously basic, but if you come to fort Cobb you shouldn't be expecting the Hilton. It's basic for your needs, a bed, t.v. and a bathroom. There is a full kitchen on site for all 10 rooms, and it works well. Within walking distance there is a small store, bar and lake access. Great times can be had here with good friends.
