I had the pleasure of doing business with Juan and Ryan. If I could give 6 stars I would. The customer service was brilliant, to the information I received about my bike all the way down to even helping me install my rack to my vehicle. Will definitely only be using Cabarrus Cycling Co for all of my needs.

I ran across this place on a day trip to Charlotte and even though it is 1.5 hours away from my house this is where I will shop from. The atmosphere and the employees are awesome!

Great bike shop for sales and service. Their owner and staff are caring, courteous and know a lot about bikes and accessories. They organize local community rides and give back to the communities they serve. I know other good 'local' bike shops that have had to close because their staff contracted a virus. I wholeheartedly support their mask policy and will continue to support them now and in the future. Buy local!
