I had bought a bike online for my son and ran into an issue with the brake assembly the night before. The next morning I showed up 15 minutes before the shop opened desperate for help. They couldn't have been more accommodating, despite having a huge backlog. An hour and a half later, the bike was fixed and my son was very happy to have a new bike on his birthday.
Absolutely the nicest people you could ever deal with! The City Cycle team were so helpful arranging a bike purchase over the web and phone (due to COVID safety precautions). They made it all so easy and smooth. Highly recommend buying bikes from them.

Such a great cycle so. Fast turnaround on repairs. Attentive service. Fair prices. Only curbside service, but it's a keeper for repairs.
