Retired from the military and was excited to find a place to purchase all of my equipment and establish a long term relationship. Unfortunately, the Stihl weed eater I purchased seems to be a lemon and when I take it in for warranty, I feel like I am on trial as I get told all of the things I probably did to break it. Final straw was when I took it in and they told me the part that failed was a known defect and that they did not cover it under the extended warranty. Was getting ready to purchase a zero turn, they lost my business over a 5 dollar part weed eater part.

Walked in...was asked if there was something specific we were lookin. Told him what we wanted, he walked right to it and we ended up purchasing it. He even explained everything we needed to know about it. Great service, Super friendly, and in and out!!!
