Durham Marriott City Center

The glass barn door to the bathroom Is a injury waiting to happen Not to mention lack of privacy. The coffee maker in the closet with no outlet is ridiculous. The mattress is not up to Marriott standards it is lumpy. One bar of soap for the sink and none for the bath tub. The restaurant is close and no Room service .

Have to walk to parking section which isn't on premises. Otherwise, great location, customer service, and beautiful rooms.

Not as nice as recommended, empty. Room needed more attention before guest, arrived. Bed was comfortable, but will not stay here again or recommend.

We made a wedding block at the Durham Marriott. They were extremely easy to work with. Unfortunately we had to cancel the wedding due to COVID-19. One email and they were able to cancel all the room blocks and notify the guests. Couldn't ask for better service.

Room was very clean, comfy bed. Service was always good, both front desk, concierge and housekeeping. Lots of charging areas and amenities. Lovely breakfast this morning. Would absolutely stay again!
