Perfectly working remotes, tvs, fridges, microwaves, etc. Cleanliness wasn't perfect but the beds, furniture, and rooms were comfortable and habitable. No pest infestations. In fact no pests seen in rooms (stayed in winter and on the 2nd floor). Motel is within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. Of course it's a budget motel and everyone has their own experiences but the motel is one of the best values in Durham.

I attempted to get a room on Thursday July, 2. I just got into town around 3:00 am. When going through the process of securing the room your employee asked for my pin number for my card. I do not trust someone who has already written down my card number and security code and now asks for my pin. This is disturbing on many levels. I will be making a call to the better business bureau. If this is normal policy your company must seriously rethink it's payment policy.
