University Inn

Sweetest lady at the front desk. I forgot to get her name but she was so helpful. Definitely will stay again if my son has surgery again. Rooms were spotless. Everything there was awesome. Thank you for a great stay during an emotional time for myself and my family.

We usually stay at The Lodge, but couldn’t stay there this time due to them housing students. We wound up staying at University Inn to be close to our appointments. Never again will we stay here. We booked two rooms. One had shampoo and conditioner down the walls of the shower, hair on the towels, and dirty floors. The other room had hair on the floors & in the tub, a dirty hand towel and washcloth on the sink, and the floors were dirty. There was a loud boom all night long that kept us awake, and the alarm clocks in both rooms were set for just after six o’clock a.m. We have a large truck that wouldn’t fit in their very small parking lot/garage, or the garage across the street. So, I got permission from The Lodge, and a parking pass from them, to park there. The girl at the front desk and the guy that drives the shuttle kept going on and on about me parking there. Even after I said I had permission and a pass to park there.nSave a lot of trouble and money and stay at the Lodge. They’re very nice people, and always so helpful. We will always book with them, or another hotel from now on.

Great place to stay !!!! The staff members are awesome. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed there twice. Will stay there again if we have to come back.

This was probably the cleanest hotel/motel room I have ever stayed in!!! Very roomy, super clean, comfy beds and the staff was so nice from the clerk at check in to the housekeeping. I loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pumps in the shower instead of the small plastic containers. Such a great stay at challenging time.

Stayed 3 nights. Extremely close to Duke Medical (quick walk). Very clean, easy parking, quiet stay. They have free/included wifi, and coffee. Friendly staff.nnA bit pricy for what they provide.
