Hampton Inn Bermuda Run

You can only have 1 hour pool time per room. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces are both inop. Had to wait until 3:45 for my room to be ready. Not awesome. Rooms are decent, staff is as friendly as can be expected while mentioning the pool time limit while I was swimming with my kids....

Checked in to Room 219 4-9-21 for 3 nights. Picked this hotel after cancelling reservation at the Hilton Garden inn at Hanes Mall (bad reviews... homeless tent city next door). Special requests made at the time of reservation were ignored. Our room is nasty dirty. Asked to be switched to a different room, but request was denied. COVID19 seal on door is a very ironic joke. Limited breakfast served when the Hilton Garden inn is offering a full breakfast. I am very tired of hotels and restaurants using the COVID19 as an excuse to be sorry. We have stayed at numerous hilton properties during this pandemic with about 50% of them still maintaining a pre-pandemic level of quality and services while the others are embracing the situation as an opportunity to veil their shortcomings. Unfortunately this hotel falls in lock step with the latter.

We absolutely love that place. We live in Winston-Salem and when we have people visit we send them here. The wife and I also love to bring the kids to the amazing pool.

****************************************nOctober 2020 Review:nnA decent stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks during October 2020. The staff was nice and always welcoming. They kept the place clean and tried to keep it hygienic.nThey offered a good morning breakfast with even some options where they provide heated food which is nice especially considering COVID going on all around the world.nnThey have enough parking space for the hotel and the area seems quiet as well.nnConvinient location just near the highway and a lot of restaurants around to grab a bite.n****************************************
