Walgreens

Rarely I purchased from Walgreens. This definitely is unforgettable experience. I purchased and paid by credit card online , I got two message from Walgreens, one was a confirmation of order , the other was ready picked up. I waited on curbside out of store, the staff told me I did not pay full of money , and wanted me to pay other $20 , and later the manager told me same thing . Have you every paid part of money with your credit card online and processed the order ? Stupid!!

My mother has been a customer with walgreens for over 20+ years , know everyone everyone knows her been with them since the old Walgreens and now that they hiring these new people it's taking a turn for the worst like we called my mother doctor for her insulins and meds she really needed and they sent the order in thursday and we were supposed to go pick it up friday and walgreens didn't have it in till later yesterday afternoon which was Tuesday. So we went to walgreens yesterday to pick up her insulin and we had a young brown skin lady with long black straight weave in her head and mind you we called ahead of time Tuesday since we were already waiting days for my mother's medication and they told us it would be ready within 2 hours and so we came 2 1/2 hours later to give them extra time and this young lady had the most nastiest upright disrespectful attitude and wasn't gonna give my mother her medication and didn't even look but said they didn't have it and started to walk off so my mom had to stand up and say something to the head lady just for her to get it and she gonna blame it on having a bad day so just because u having a bad day u wasn't gonna give my mother her very much needed medication like what kind of people are you guys hiring just imagine if my mother would've waited any longer or if someone else was in my mother shoes and it was a life or death situation what would you guys have done then. Like where is india and the old staff they are the best

India (the best pharmacist tech in the world) is a great person all around! She helped me get to the bottom of why my insurance wasn't going through properly and it took about an hour.... she was very patient with me. She made the experience very pleasant.... and for that whole hour she made me feel like I was a human being and not someone rushing me along... that's the difference between a person that is there for the check and being there because they actually care for the person well being.... even when the line started picking up she never changed her compassion towards me. unlike the lady I seen first... she seemed like I was getting on her nerves... but thanks to INDIA for being a people's champ:-)

The pharmacy techs give consistently terrible service. Too lazy to even transfer a prescription.

Worst customer service ever at the pharmacy. Employees have no sense of urgency and lack of professionalism. Enjoy shopping at Walgreens but will not be bringing my business back to this pharmacy.
