The Seafarer Inn

Such a wonderful stay! Chris and Beth were incredibly helpful and friendly! I had accidentally booked our reservation for the wrong weekend and they did everything they could to accommodate us. The Inn was clean, charming, and in a great location. A delicious breakfast was an added bonus to an already great stay :) Thank you again!!

I can't say enough good things about the Seafarer! From the delicious breakfasts to the spectacular views, the friendly owners to the delightful rooms, a really wonderful experience. Also conveniently close to Rockport center (we walked to dinner every night), while still being far enough out of the town to be quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable and welcoming with a delicious breakfast each day. Ocean views and well manicured grounds made this everything you could ask for in a bed and breakfast.

Where do I begin? We just arrived home from a few days of staying at the Inn and it was one of the most beautiful places we have visited! Chris & Beth are the most amazing host I have stayed with. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by Chris with a big smile and lots of information. Since we are in the times of COVID the INN was top notch when it came to Covid guidelines. You had to wear your mask anywhere inside the building (except your room or while eating), there were signs posted everywhere to sanitize as you entered the building. Hand sanitizer everywhere. The host were extremely friendly and always available whenever needed but also socially distanced from you while also wearing their face masks. The rooms were spotless clean and beautiful. We checked in early and had no problem. The one great thing is, is the rooms are cleaned and not rented out for another 24 hours because of Covid. So they are sitting empty for 24 hours. Very important to two people who were up there to social distance. The view was amazing and beautiful. Right across the street from the water. We brought chairs down and sat at the water (not really a place to swim) to read a book. A very short walk down the street is a small beach ( a little rocky) but very nice. If you want a beach to walk in to then it is a three minute drive downtown. Downtown is a 3 minute drive or about a 15 minute walk. The views of the ocean from the Inn are beyond beautiful. We sat on their beautiful porch at night and watched the ocean waters. They also have a gorgeous koi pond on grounds that we sat by one evening. So beautiful to watch them swim around and listen to the waterfall. Another terrific part to our trip was waking up each morning to an amazing homemade breakfast. Because of Covid I guess things are done a little differently but it worked out wonderfully for us. The night before there is a menu board of the “daily special” you can choose or a few other items. You choose what you want for breakfast and the time. You come downstairs at the time and Beth brings you a tray with a fresh cup of fruit and some juice to start off the breakfast. She then brings you your delicious breakfast. Sometimes you find baked homemade muffins individually wrapped downstairs. Breakfast was unbelievably delicious! I could go on and on. We had such a wonderful stay! LOVE this Inn! The room was cozy and extremely comfortable & clean with beautiful views. The entire inn is gorgeous and comfortable with a lovely porch to sunset gaze on. It is so peaceful here and we enjoyed walking and taking a dip in the ocean. Breakfast was to die for! We loved the owners little touches and beautiful koi pond. Every interaction was easy and led to helpful lovely conversations. We will DEFINITELY be back and can’t recommend this place enough!
