Bullseye Bicycle

Just took my bike in to Bullseye Bicycle. I hadn’t jumped on it for a year or two and it needed some love. They dove right in to the issue and got it back to me on the spot. Exceptional service and a friendly/knowledgeable staff. I’d give them a 6 out of 5 if possible. I highly recommend them.

These guys changed my biking experience from drab to fab! I went in after popping tires on my (inexpensive) Schwinn. Tyler was beyond nice and shared a map of bike trails in Durham plus a few personal recommendations. When I got my bike back after a full tune-up, it was in infinitely better shape than when I bought it new. I took my first 10-mile+ ride — staying in gears 5/6 instead of 1/2 for the first time in my life and finally getting to a decent speed — because these guys *know what they are doing* and she rode like a dream! I'll definitely come back for future service.

Super friendly staff who not only fix things but very willing to share their knowledge with lots of patient. Get many of the jobs done in very short time but super high quality. 10 minutes for a tubeless tire replacement, 20 minutes for changing my rear derailleur cable. Pricing is extremely fair. Strongly recommend.

Can’t say enough how great these fellas are. They have such a can do attitude and are literally the friendliest shop in DURM. I took my bike to them in bad shape, and told them my finances were tight. Tyler was so helpful and literally only advised me to do the fixes that were absolutely necessary “to get me back on the road.” It was super affordable given all that I needed done, and they got it back to me so quickly especially considering how busy they are right now. Bullseye is my go-to bike shop - make them yours too.

Not all all snobby like most of the other bike shops in the area. Also, I needed an adjustment and they did it on the spot at no charge. You better believe that I've found my new bike shop.nnVery personable staff as well.
