My fiancee (now husband), myself and our family members were made to feel at home and truly like family. Every single courtesy you can think of was extended to us!!! Sweet Tea is the place to be. Sweet Tea B&B was the icing on the cake for our wedding celebration (which was held very very close nearby!) The day of and the day after, we couldn't have asked for better accomodations and service and not to mention the amazing food - fit for a King and Queen which Sweet Tea B&B made us feel like. We miss you already and we can't wait to come back!

Ralph and Patricia have a wonderful inn/home! They took every care to make sure we felt at home. Their attention to detail is at the highest level possible, from the toiletries you may have forgotten to the fresh flowers on the dresser. They have meticulously restored this 1917 estate home to its original glory with a few modern touches (from the pocket door dining table to the maid's bedroom turned reading/game room). Ralph's homemade (and made to order) breakfasts were one of the best parts of our stay. They were worth every extra calorie and straining pants button. Our experience was highlighted by the wonderful hospitality, great stories, and laughter with Ralph and Pat during our stay. Our stay truly warrants 5 stars (6 if we're being honest). We can't wait for our next stay at Sweet Tea B&B!

We unfortunately had to come to town for a family illness and were referred to the Sweet Tea Bed & Breakfast by a local friend – and we were so lucky we were. Patricia and Ralph could not have been more kind or accommodating. We were in and out of the hospital at all hours and this felt like a home to return to - exactly what we needed. And the breakfasts Ralph prepared were beyond wonderful, and again, he worked around our hospital stays and wrapped them up to go if we needed that. Everything was fresh and completely homemade and so delicious. The house and the rooms are so comfortable and homey and have everything you need – from toiletries to snacks to extra blankets to outlets for all your phones and laptops. And they both were there to talk to us and make us feel welcome and let us share what we were going through, and honestly cared. Staying here helped us through a bad time and gave us some much needed bright spots. I could not recommend it more highly.

I was there for a small event. The place is so charming. Just beautiful . The house has tons of atmosphere and history. The grounds are beautiful and inviting. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

My husband was given a complimentary stay for Veterans Day. We had a wonderful time at the Inn. Ralph and Patricia Hatch were very warm. The Inn is beautifully run. Lots of snacks, tastefully decorated. The breakfast, prepared by Ralph Hatch was delicious. The grounds are well maintained and very calming.
