AmeriVu Inn and Suites Siler City

The location is ideal. The rooms are clean. I have never seen an insect here, not even a fly. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet. The only issue really would be the absence of hot water. If you're lucky, you get a shower in cool to medium water but generally it is ice cold. Evidently, they switch off the water heater at night to save money. Sometimes they leave it off during the day as well. Nobody watches the front desk but there is a telephone there and you can get someone to come up to the front to take money or reset a key that has blanked. After waiting an hour for the water to heat up to medium from 4.40pm to 5.40pm, I went into the office to ask over the telephone there and was told that the water heater had been turned off all that day but was running now. This struck me as odd. She advised me to wait ten minutes for the hot water. I waited thirty to no avail. Finally, I cut the room heater all the way up and braced myself for a freezing shower. Incidentally, the water was still cold the next morning.

Pretty clean and basic rooms.

The room smelled like smoke it wasn’t very clean we had to stay one night due to our AC breaking down at home and my son ran around the room with out shoes come bed time the bottom of his feet where black! Due to them not washing the carpet also the toilet seat in the bathroom was loose almost not even on the toilet there was trash bags on the hallways and old furniture everywhere when we walked out it smelled like weed outside just terrible hotel to stay with your kids!

Pretty clean and basic rooms. Great for extended stays and will work with you on costs. Close to places to fuel and eat and shop. Convenient location.

It's not a 5 star resort by any means but as far as motels go I have seen much worse. Internet and cable with a sofa in the room for the price, I have no complaints.
