My mother and I came to the Walgreens on Delaware in McComb, MS on February 1st to get photos. Both of us had to go to the bathroom. I stepped into the men's restroom and it was a mess! Floors were sticky, toilet was atrocious, there was no roll of toilet paper in the dispenser, trash on the floor, sink had all sorts of nastiness on it. This is a pharmacy! I sure hope whoever is handling the drugs doesn't use the public restrooms! I have pictures on my phone as proof of how bad it was. Mom came out and told me the same for the women's!nnSad thing is that we were among the first customers of the day! Bathrooms should have been cleaned the night prior! And the sticky floors tell me that those bathrooms have not been cleaned for days, AT LEAST! DISGUSTING!

Best pharmacy in town! The cashier staff always welcomes you when you walk in the door pharmacists try to remember your name!

Never has the most common drugs in stock, or enough of it to fill your order completely. Was today that meds may have been in the order they received today, but they didn’t have time to look and see. That was after waiting in line for an hour. Obviously they need to upgrade their pharmacy to handle demand when they buy out other local pharmacies. They cannot handle the load. Had to wait in line for another hour at another Walgreens because 1. They wouldn’t check their order to see if meds were in 2. They wouldn’t check with their other store to see if they had any 3. Nor would they call the other store to get them to fill it.
