Michael's Oceanfront Motel

Great location! Amazing staff very friendly and accommodating! No maid service due to Covid which is understandable but when asked brought more than asked for!! Definitely going back again!!

From the time I called to reserve the room to the time we left we had nothing but an amazing experience. The manager of the property was friendly and kind and the rates were amazing, considering you are steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend this motel. We will definitely be back.

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The proximity to the beach was awesome. There was an envelope in the room for tips but we didn’t have maid service at all for the three days. The second day I had to ask for towels and wash cloths. If your looking for a place to land with no thrills, this is it. Maybe it was the threat of the virus but I think they should’ve been up front about maid service. It was definitely expected on our end.

This is it.nNothing fancy.. It's throwback but I love it... it's right next to the Center. Walking distance for Beach Pizza, arcades and a really fun discount store next to Cristys pizza for anything you can possibly need and don't need lol. We bought Salisbury beach hoodies and other souvenirs.. Lots to look at.. You won't leave empty handed that's for sure.nLocals have all been super polite.. Friendly.nCold AC, clean bathrooms, shower has excellent water pressure.. More than enough warm water.nOnly thing not in the room is hair dryer, lamp or coffee maker.nLamp and coffee maker would definitely be a great addition to this room.nPlenty of electrical outlets for your chargers, and lots of storage in closet mini fridge and desk. Yes there is a microwave too.nTV with DVD player as well.nnWe took a late night stroll on the beach and got a surprise to find that there are lots of skunks on the beach... Nothing to do with the hotel. I think if humans could clean up their trash after leaving the beach then the critters would not be out looking for goodies... It's really too bad. Lots of cigarette butts around the beach and it's just gross. The tractor cleans up only so much, people need to want to keep it clean. However I feel like it's happening everywhere.nHotels clean so don't let that other stuff deter you from a great place for sand, sun, waves and NO SEAWEED! The water is so clean and pretty.

Great place to stay while on vacation!! Very nice and clean!!! Love waking up to the sound of the ocean!!! Definitely will be back to stay @ Michaels!!!!
