The girl at the pharmacy today when I drove through went over and above updating my kid’s insurance, correcting my address from our recent move, and even helped with a store necessity I needed so I wouldn’t have to drag my 3 kids out of the car just to buy 1 thing. This lady did above her duties all with a friendly smile and fast service! I will be making this our primary Walgreens in Olive Branch!

If I could leave a million stars I would. Was having a bad day yesterday and the manager, Chad came up to me while shopping and greeted me with a nice genuine smile and it turned my entire day around. Thanks ud83dude4fud83cudffc

If I could leave negative zeros I would. The pharmacy manager Bailey and the pharmacist are the most incompetent humans. They are always out of a particular maintenance medication. I order it and it takes 7-10 days to come in. They will tell me it will be in the following day and it’s ALWAYS a lie. They never order it until I make a big scene. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Go to CVS!!!!!!!

Had an negative experience attempting to get my medications from here and was treated with hostility by the staff working there on today.. Being told to take my business elsewhere, and the lack of empathy that a particular pharmacist had on today lead me to file a formal complaint. Ill be waiting for my return call from the regional manager..

During the shelter in place order store employees went above and beyond to walk me photo order out to my car and answer questions over the phone. I was only ordering photos during this time to give to students as end of the year gifts. I couldn’t have made this possible without the help of Walgreens.
