Desoto Family Care Clinic

My experience with the Clinic was awesome. I called and asked a lot of questions before choosing this to be my clinic and the front desk worker was so patient with me. She even put me on hold to get more information to answer certain questions that I needed to know. I was even able to be seen the same day. Literally all the workers were so caring and patience with me. Each area I attended in the appointment ,the workers knew what they were going and handled me like they really cared. Dr. Powell is so knowledgeable and explained in graphic detail what I needed to know in my visit. They sent my info over to my drug store immediately after my appointment was over with. I was extremely impressed and look forward to my future with this clinic.

Found this place on google and glad I did. First of all the staff is super nice Second of all I had no insurance and they did my rapid test at no cost to me. Great place. Dr. Dee is the best. Thank you.

This clinic is a great place. If you need a Primary Care this is the place. The staff is very polite and nice. The clinic is super clean. My doctor listen to all my concerns. Thanks You

From reading the reviews it’s seems like whoever is responding for the clinic just wants to clap back at people. I was about to make a appointment but your communication skills are horrible. If a person has a bad experience at your clinic you get online and bash them instead of trying to make the situation better. Y’all need help and prayer. Learn how to talk to people for goodness sake

Only been here twice. Each time I had a bad experience. Hopefully you'll have a better experience. Employees of staff kept walking in during an exam leaving the door open for all to see in the hallway as other customers were walking by!!! They lost blood work! Speak to a manager to get better answers as to what happened to the blood work. Only for the manager to get an attitude. Saying that we don't live in a perfect world. He also studied I should be lucky that he's opened during a pandemic. Which had nothing to do with the fact that they lost my blood work.nI don't feel comfortable with this place will not be going back.nWow! I just saw How this office responded!.How unprofessional it was oh my goodness. Never was I rude! Never did I yell at anybody etc.nThis office can't stand the fact that they got a bad review. They lash out at everyone who gives you one. Just look at all the other people that giving a bad review. This goes to show the type of person they are. They can't stand when someone speaks out so they discredit them.As if they did something wrong!!nnYet your office mishandled my privacy and mishandled the blood work. Yet this is how you respond totally unacceptable totally unprofessional. You act like just because we're in a pandemic that gives you excuse to act this way! No we have choices you're not the only clinic in DeSoto county.If you don't respect your customers they're not going to continue bringing you there business bottom line. You can tell your lies , get an attitude while saying first of all, Telling people they were never your customer in the first place when they give you a bad reviews I've seen how you speak to several other people on here that gave you a bad review and everybody else can see it too.nThere's something literally wrong with your management. Rather to accept that changes need to be made!You discredit everyone or lie on people and say they had an attitude trying to make yourselves look good that's okay .People waiting in your waiting room for 3 hours will get the hint . Your doctor's office is poorly managed . I left you a bad review get over it.
