Pulled a No Show, completely blew me off. After multiple texts and phone conversations, Brian even put a ladder up on the house to take measurements and inspect the work to be done. He said he'd be back on Saturday to perform the work, and never showed up. He is not answering texts or phone calls now. He understood that this work needed to be completed in order for us to close on the sale of our house the following week, now I need to scramble to find a contractor that will actually show up and do the work. Brian Smith/Northern Exteriors are not true to their word. Pass on these jokers.
