We were in a pinch here at work with a customer's camper that was getting picked up today. We checked all of our local hardware stores for a specific valve stem, and nobody had what we were looking for. Even though David's Bicycle Shop is technically closed so he can get caught up (due to COVID-19), he was more than happy to help us out! Didn't realize they were closed until after the owner invited me in and I noticed the lights were off. He insisted I stay and found the exact item I was looking for. This was going above and beyond and is much appreciated. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

I recently stopped in to buy some hub bearings for a bmx bike I needed to fix. I was instantly impressed when I walked in to find, literally, close to 100 bikes in the shop. All customer bikes that were waiting for pick up, I must add. A well stocked store is a good indication of a place that I want to spend my money. I presented my broken pieces and the staff instantly recognized my problem and quickly gave me a resolution. Now a days Knowledge and a professional opinion is something you dont find often and when you do it is met with a bothersome tone, but not at David's.nI received great service, great pricing and I was supporting a local business that deserves the credit.
