Noticed some of the other reviews for this pharmacy (bad) and couldn't disagree more. We've used the pharmacy at Walmart in O'Fallon for a decade now, and dealt with the same staff for most of that time, they are absolutely fantastic. I looked at some of the reviews that these folks have done on other businesses, chronic complainers, beware. I love Walmart pharmacy O'Fallon!

I've been SICK with worry about getting my 87 years young Mom a COVID 19 vaccination. She has COPD, Emphysema, Dementia & Extreme Hearing Loss. You'd hink I was asking for a Fur Coat & a trip to Europe! I've prayed ud83dude4ffor one & have become OCD, checking my emails to see if I could get her one ANYWHERE. I registered at my own Walmart Pharmacy at my local store & got an appointment for her there. I can't say enough Good & Great things about how this appointment was handled. The Respect ud83dudc4f& Caring way they handled her appointment was OUTSTANDING! They had a calm & efficient way of handling the whole situation. They have been my personal Pharmacy since I moved here 5 years ago & I've had Excellent service from them myself handling my own medications for my Severe Chronic pain condition which Flares up & I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have had there. Excellent service from the whole pharmacy staff during a very difficult time & a special shout out for Lindsay who is the Pharmacy GODDESS! Well Done can't describe how efficiently this Clinic worked & I look forward to receiving my own Vaccination there as soon as my number comes up!

The staff there is amazing, I don't know what these other people are moaning about, but I have never had problems with them and I don't mind waiting my turn. Sounds like a bunch of stuck up entitled people leaving a bad review. Btw Linda is amazing and so very nice!

Asked for my prescriptions to be transferred on September 20th. It is now October 11th and they still haven't gotten them. The CVS they were supposed to transfer them from is awful (hence the request for transfer), so they had a hard time calling them. Totally fine, I understand. That CVS is truly awful. However, it's been THREE WEEKS. I've been out of my medicine for two weeks. All I got was excuses about faxes being sent and one phone message left for my doctor. Back when I worked in a pharmacy, we would've never allowed one of our customers to go so long without their medicine. We would've called the doctor's office if they hadn't returned our voicemail and made sure we talked to someone. My experience here was completely unacceptable. I hope you guys don't treat other customers like this.

This is the closest to our house. I despise this location but love everything about the ladies behind the counters at pharmacy!!!!! They have become like family! Unfortunately my littlest has quite a few health things so do our adopted sons so I feel like I'm always there getting medicine and they are the kindest most hardworking group of ladies I've ever met. They interact with my kids even if one is screaming they are incredibly patient and kind! I love this locations pharmacy!!!!!!!!!
