The Inn at Herrington Harbour

Best mini get away ever. staff was SO friendly. we worked with Rachel who set us up perfectly, was super responsive and just so wonderful. we will absolutely be back. perfect way to stay near Baltimore yet feel like you're on a vacation.

Truly a hidden gem. I almost did not want to leave a review to keep it hidden, however, it was too delightful not to share. The accommodations made for the perfect workcation getaway. Less than an hour from DC, it's tranquility on the Chesapeake. Oh and make sure to grab a bite at Ketch 22, where I had the best BLT ever. If you love a good BLT you will understand. The service was outstanding and the grounds were impeccable. The beach on the bay was pure tranquility!

I've always loved this place. I have sent many customers here. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the room and the resturant next door.

*****Interim Review and Rating as of February of 2021 and during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic*****: While researching possible Staycation locations online, I came across the fantastic website and social media pages for this business and I was blown away at how gorgeous it looks. In addition, I noticed that Diversity and Inclusion is practiced here as far as their staffing and I like and will always support Diversity and Inclusion in all forms anywhere in the world. At first, I thought that this was only for weddings. I had hoped to get married again, but it looks like now I might have to marry myself and I'm actually not upset about this possibility:) Anyway, I decided call and I spoke with an extremely nice lady who directed me to the right office speak with (Ms.) Laura. Laura very patiently and professionally answered all of my questions. Laura also described many of their Services and Options for customers, including those seeking vacation and/or Staycation accommodations at The Inn at Herrington Harbour, which has a very beautiful looking Marina too. I have a love for boats and fishing too, so perhaps I will be able to engage in one or both of these passions if/when I lodge here. Laura certainly made me realize that it's been way too long since I've taken a vacation or Staycation and Laura possesses a very rare gift that combines her mastery of Excellent Customer Service and Customer Care Skills and Etiquette, while remaining very down to earth and personable. These are the types of things I look for when I am considering doing business with a business for the first time. This is why I always try to call the business first because I believe that how I am treated via telephone is a great indicator as to how I will be treated in person. Therefore, if I am treated poorly via telephone, I'm Never showing up in person. Period. But because of my very positive telephonic experience here, I'll be showing up here in person asap and I very much look forward to it. I will update this Review asap after my first visit and/or Stay Here. Please Note: There are 3 Primary Venues here, including the Polynesian Lawn & Paradise Ballroom. The business hours are from 9AM-5PM, Daily. However, like any business, these days and hours are days are subject to change at anytime:)

We LOVE this place! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are breathtaking, and the entire place is extremely clean. We come here multiple times a year and love everything about it. My favorite day is a cup of coffee overlooking the Bay and a paddleboard in the morning, an afternoon at the pool or on the beach and a sunset on a rocking chair in the gazebo. The Inn at Herrington Harbour is such an easy, relaxing, and fun vacation!
