Front desk staff was friendly and room was very clean!
Very nice place to stay. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Indoor pool was refreshing.
The Hotel was beautiful, and the room was phenomenal...with a lock out suite the kids could sleep while you watch TV in the sitting room with couch, armchair, and desk/study area. BUT 1ST THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $97 AT CHECK-IN FOR A ROOM I PRE-PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. THEN AFTER 15MIN OF THAT I THINK IM GETTING MY KEY THE NIGHT DESK CLERK TRIED TO DISALLOW MY ESA. EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS AN OPEN PET POLICY. I WITNESSED 2 OTHER HOTEL GUEST WITH THEIR DOGS a male and female but required Me for some reason to email them a copy of my letter of disability..even after I sent it then there was a claim of it didn't arrive. ONLY AFYER THREAT OF LAWSUIT FOR VIOLATION OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT...DID 8 GET MY KEY...30 MIN AFYER ARRIVAL!!!!! Make up your own mind ✨
The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. They also had breakfast available in the morning. Definitely will stay there again!
Late night check in period no problems. They provided extra blankets when asked. Rooms are spacious and nice. They normally have a buffet style breakfast but because of Corona it's kind of like a pack and go deal. Still not badd. Who would recommend.nFront desk people friendly.
