We loved our stay here, end of March 2021. View from our room was beautiful and the jacuzzi was a lovely addition. Bikes provided by hotel allowed us to enjoy some lovely, quiet town biking to restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Location amazing. It's true that this isn't the utmost in luxury, but the view and service and rooms are so comfortable and wonderful.nWe had a great experience with Nicole at the front desk who was able to fit us in so graciously in a last minute reservation. Thanks, Nicole!
The customer service at this place is amazing. We have interacted with them on multiple sails over to St Michael's from the Western shore. Every time they are amazing. This is a great place you should definitely check out.
Lovely room on the water. Quiet and close to everything. Wonderful spa. Perfect weekend to begin to break out of the covid fugue and relish spring. Great staff - and free shuttle anywhere you'd like to go if walking or biking isn't in the cards.
Rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. It's a beautiful getaway place for my husband and I. We visit this place every year just to experience the calm and away from city life. This hotel is beautiful, very cozy and very clean. We had booked the room with jacuzzi. Staff was very nice and helping. The only thing why I would give it a 4-star is because of the bed mattress which was pretty old and both of us got a stiff neck and a body ache the next morning. I wish they could change the mattress. I would still highly recommend this hotel because of its location and its beauty!
