Overall - Great Experience!. Love the way Team Handle from the day ONE!nWe worked with an Realtor, She was very helpful and the Sales Lady was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very quick response to all emails and text messages. Site Asst Manager was very very helpful. No one can a build a house with 100% perfection that is the reason they give you one year warranty for everything. We purchased in 11/2017 and We had only minor issues which are very acceptable with any brand new house. I am glad that we did choose a leading builder in the Market. We are enjoying the house. We recently purchased a town home and the layout, soundproofing are great. I see a good amount of minor imperfections that my experience with construction catches after taking a close look at certain areas but for the most part it is a great home. We cannot wait for the commercial part of the project to start and have some nearby shopping available. I would recommend the CalAtlantic homes as they are a good value. What you receive for the price is quite worthwhile.

My family and I considered this community to permit a broad range of openness during our home search. As residents of suburban Montgomery County, it was difficult considering a move to Frederick, but we still desired to explore our options.nThe first downfall of the community is the extreme crowdedness of homes and the fact that an apartment building is located within close proximity. It doesn’t maintain residential ambiance and exhibits a very low-quality aesthetic. On our first visit, we viewed their Arcadia model but really desired to see the actual home that was available for move-in, to get a better idea of what to expect. Hanna, the admin, assured us that we would be able to view it, but that never occurred. Upon our next visit, we viewed three different models: The Brighton, Chatham, and the move-in ready Arcadia. The homes are decent; if you’re expectations are low, as the quality and overall appearance are outrageously poor. As previously mentioned, the extreme closeness of the homes completely ruin any chances of relaxation or intimacy; in fact, the entire neighborhood is a congested chaos.nnAfter visiting multiple times, we were sent a picture of the home we were considering to purchase, but IT WAS A COMPLETELY different home from the one we visited. This home obtained awfully, poor quality siding all around the exterior - portraying a cheaply made construction. Immediately, I called Hanna; however, she failed to offer any assistance, as she is inadequately skilled for the position overall. We then discussed our dissatisfaction with Amber but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution.nThroughout our entire process, Amber was pushy and consistently kept requesting our earnest money deposit without even ensuring we had the home we truly desired. She obtains a desperate disposition to sell.nnGladly, we were able to discover how poor of a mistake pursuing a home in Frederick, this community specifically, was. The other reviews regarding the poor quality of CalAtlantic homes are true and helpful. Please maintain careful attentiveness, and do not become evoked by the fabricated enhanced photos, as the actual homes being sold do not reciprocate the projected representation.

It is a nice community but is dark at night since they don't have street lamps in the newer part of the neighborhood yet. Not sure when they will be installed.
