Politz did an exceptional job installing new cedar roofs for me and my three neighbors a few years ago. So, when I recently noticed issues with ridge caps on my roof I called Robert and he was quick to respond. Two days later he sent a courteous team out and they quickly replaced all the cedar ridge caps on my house and porch in a single day.nI strongly recommend Politz Enterprises for any roofing replacements in Northern Virginia and Maryland.
We weren't planning to change our roof this fall, but an inspection identified major issue so we started to look around for a reputable contractors. We have seen numerous Politz Enterprises signs around the area over the years and called them for an estimate. Robert Politz personally came and looked at our roof. I greatly appreciated his no-nonsense approach. No long sales pitch trying to get us to makes upgrades and use materials we don't need. Politz pricing couldn't be matched being 30% lower than the other quotes. The work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. The crew were professional, polite and respectful. The job was completed in a day and a half, which i greatly appreciated as they didn't rush and cut corners to be done in a single day. I would highly recommend you consider Politz as a contractor in your due diligence for your roofing work.
I asked around for a roofing company in my friends group and received good recommendation for Politz. Robert is my sales person who gave me a reasonable quote for roof, gutter, and 4 skylights. The job was done within 2 days. My new roof is very beautiful, much better than my expectation. The workers are professional, they came on time (7am) and conducted a good quality job. They clean up well after the installations. I examined my driveway twice and did not find any metal objects got left behind. My neighbor complemented my new roof as well. I am very happy with Politz.
