No one else would take the time to come out and quote a repair (three shingles damaged from wind). Not only did Joey from Shumaker come out, but he climbed into our hard to reach attic and found gapping where the home builder did not seal the pipe boot and water was getting in. Then when they did the work, there were a few little extras they graciously threw in for free. Very professional, polite, speedy, and punctual. As with any large project, some areas needed to be revisited and addressed. Follow up is an important measure of a company, and the Shumaker team quickly returned resolving our concerns. Our concern became their concern, and it showed by their dedication and assurance that the project would be completed to our satisfaction, which it was.nnRecently our electrical meter separated from the exterior wall due to a construction contractor neglecting to place sealant around the meter. This allowed water to enter behind the unit and eventually compromised the anchor bolts. Bob Schisler, President of Shumaker, came by and personally repaired the flaw (of course an electrician is required to reattach the meter). We felt relieved when Bob arrived, because we knew our problem was in the best of hands.
