As posted by Matt V below. I totally agree. The disappointing and lack of hot food selections aside, I thought the breakfast attendant was confrontational when I related my anticipated options told me upon check in. She consistently raised her voice and spoke as if I was a 10 year old child vs a Marriott Titanium Member.nnRuined my stay.nnMatt Vn2/5na month ago on GooglenLady who served the breakfast was very rude besides her i would've rated it 5 star
I broke my ankle, in an accident that occurred off property, during my current stay. I had to get a wheelchair to get around and the front desk graciously offered to move me over into a handicap accessible room at no extra cost. You can't ask for much more than that.
This hotel wasn’t bad, the room was ok but the newly refinished lobby and hall way was very nice. Great neighborhood, close to everything in Frederick. The staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for a good stay keep up the good work.
I love the experience of the room and complimentary hot breakfast but some employees aren't very welcoming even though I show consistent business!!
