We visit the Frederick area frequently and have sampled most hotels. This is a clear winner, maybe my new favorite! The rooms are fabulous, roomy and well laid out. It’s a bit out of the main area but really nice to be close but out of the traffic. Staff is very personable. Pool is a bit small.
I found this place less than a month ago not long after it opened and this is my fourth or fifth stay! A few in regular queen rooms and a couple nights in a penthouse. It’s not the incredibly nice rooms, the super cute and convenient trundle addition or the amenities that keep me coming back. It’s the absolute best customer service from Alejandro! He is this SpringHill Suites secret weapon in my opinion. Five stars is not enough to rate my new favorite hotel! Refreshing, clean, well stocked, comfy, spacious, nice views, quiet, fire pits outside, pool, gym, laundry, a Sheetz gas station is literally right next door (currently under construction) and plenty of charging ports. I don’t see how anyone could regret a stay here especially with the great rates!
