While the bed and breakfast is a bit far out in the county, it is so pretty and lovely! Breakfast was lovely with unique dishes, and staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Thistle Suite, it is romantic :) My favorite part of the inn would be the 24/7 tea + coffee + cold drinks station.
Definitely far out in the country. The location and grounds were immaculate. My Sister just had a wedding here. They were very health conscious. My jaw dropped when I saw the suite we had there. All around the staff was incredibly professional, the whole night was perfect. THANK YOU GUYS!
The innkeeper, Zach, was absolutely amazing! He was always available when needed and super kind. Service was top notch! The grounds are also super gorgeous. There was a wedding the first night we stayed, but we honestly barely noticed it was even happening! We'll definitely come back some day and highly recommend staying here!
Horrible experience with this inn. Made reservations and was called the morning of our reservation that they needed to cancel our reservation and that we could stay at their sister inn. The individual we spoke with extremely rude and let us know our only option was to take the room at the same price or cancel. We were already on the road so just agreed to take the room at the other inn although it was a three star and this is a four star. We were also told that when we arrived that we would have a choice of our rooms but when we did arrive we were told we had been “upgraded” to the Johnson room. THe room faced the highway and you could hear the traffic on the highway. So much for a relaxing peaceful night! Would not recommend!
A beautiful and elegant inn with timeless charm! The innkeeper was polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. A wonderful place to stay for our anniversary!
