Amazing hospitality and super clean! Close walking distance to downtown shopping and eating! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!
If you are a B&B novice or a B&B expert, this is the B&B for you (as long as you don’t have a doll phobia.). Phil and Betty are amazing hosts! Instant family! The love for their property, Frederick, and their guests is obvious! The rooms are large and clean, and the beds are so comfy, and each room has control of its own temperature. The first morning we had a fresh smoothie, muffins, and a breakfast casserole. The second morning, breakfast consisted of “Build your own” parfait and a breakfast casserole. The closest edge of downtown is less than half a mile and the furthest edge of downtown is about 1.5 miles, so park your car at the B&B and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and museums without paying for parking! We have been to a few B&Bs, and this one ranks among the ones we can’t wait to return to!

We stayed at this B&B last weekend because we weren’t able to have our wedding due to covid. The stay was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious...those blueberry muffins! YUM! Phil was such a pleasure to chat with. Thanks again!
