U would overall rate this CVS as mediocre. I've had some pretty bad experiences with customer service here. However, they seem to be able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

I went to pick up my birth control.... they said it was too soon to fill. I was out completely. Apparently, I was supposed to get 3 months worth... I definitely only received one. I didn’t know there should have been more. In the past they would give me one and I would go get the others when I needed them. So, since a pharmacist couldn’t possibly be a human and make human mistakes, I’m a liar. And now have to pay out of pocket.nThey didn’t even suggest it to me to pay out of pocket. It’s important that I keep taking them.nStep by step how to deal with an upset customer....n1. Apologize for inconvenience.n2. Try to fix itn3. If it isn’t fixable, offer a solution. (Self pay)n4. If solution isn’t good enough, then say there is nothing that can be done.nIf I had known that I could have done that I would have left happy.

I tried to stop on my way home to pick up 2 items. I walked to the doors at 8:57pm and they were locked. I understand that the shop closes at 9, however, with posted hours, doors should not be locked and registers should not be shut down until the time posted.

Pharmacy was slammed, and the pharmacist was still great. I appreciate the way ran an efficient and quick moving shop, even under stress.
