Worst Pharmacy Ever. Every time I come here my prescriptions are not ready by the guaranteed pickup time, or they are placed on hold and never notify me ahead of time. When I call before coming to see if they are ready, they always try to rush you off the phone without clearly answering your questions so you know what's going on. Zero communication skills.

Scheduled a flu shot on line for late evening hour. Was there 1/2 hour prior to schedule. Checked in at pharmacy drop off as instructed. Told them what I was there for, heard a negative remark from gentlemen behind counter. Young lady looked up insurance info in computer, and said I didn't have medical coverage. Which was definitely not correct. Said I had to call number on my card, and if I didn't get it straight by 8:30 PM couldn't get the shot. I called my provider, and took awhile to get through, he confirmed I had medical, but they said he had to call them directly. So he did, gentlemen that made negative remark, put him hold. Girl that waited on me, picked up the phone and said he hung up. I still had guy on hold on my cell. He comes back and said he was disconnected. These clerks were busy I know. But their customer service to me really was poor. They should have called the number themselves if they had to speak to him direct. I gave up and they didn't care. I was out of their hair and they were glad. Was very disappointed in there service.

We go there quite often because it’s close to our home. They’re severely under staffed constantly. Especially in the pharmacy. Be prepared for 30 min to an hr wait consistently. They also do a horrible job of keeping their drink coolers stocked. Consistently out of most drinks. Based on their volume they need to be 24hrs. Frederick can support two 24-hr locations I believe. Staff isn’t always familiar with the products they carry.

Always friendly staff and stocked shelves, but every time I shop there, I see more and more trash/garbage surrounding the building. Just bringing this to the managers attention, even though I don't see how it can be missed on a daily basis.

Updated: Remodeling the store finally! Minute Clinic looks to be getting a actual office inside the store as not have to vaccinate people huddled in a corner while swamped.nMy family and I won't use any other pharmacy. Heather, Jessica, Julius, and Cathy are amazing. We use the minute clinic for our vaccinations, and purchase our over-the-counter medications there. Each month they do their absolute best to have our medications in stock so there's no wait in filling a prescription. Their always there to ask if we have any questions and despite how busy they may be, they always have a smile and know us on a first name basis.nCustomer service like this I find becoming more and more rare. It's because of that very reason its even more important. The company is truly lucky to have them as employees, almost as lucky as we are to have them as our local pharmacy.nPeople have a bad experience somewhere in the midst of having a bad day and the first thing they'll do is leave a complaint, but how often do we really recognize those people that deserve it? Not often enough, especially now during this modern day plague while their putting their lives on the line to keep us healthy. Only difference between them and our physicians during this crisis - they get paid far less to take the same risks.nThank you all so very much for being there for us.
