Frederick Health Hospital (Emergency Room)

I visited here and was very happy with their service. Although I had to wait for about 4 hours, I understand this because I visited there without appointment. They kept telling me that they hope I would get better and made sure if I was okay during procedures.nExcept long waiting, everything was fine and I quickly got better after their treatment. Thank you everyone.

I had a nurse with the name heather that constantly asked me if I had an ED. After repeatedly telling her no she continued to laugh at me and make fun of my body. She was not concerned for me, she was blandly rude. You would think spending many years at nursing school you’d be more understanding of others and different body types but no. This experience made me very insecure. Would not go there again unless needed to

Went in late on a Sunday night for a sports related injury. The whole Staff for was polite, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my comfort. The only rude people I experienced, were the patients in line behind me at check-in.

Every single staff member I came into contact with were incredibly nice and helpful my entire visit. They all took the time to be thorough and ask important questions to give me the best care. The waiting area had chairs spaced and marked for social distancing.

Everyone was very nice and professional... Social distancing was available in the waiting room. Nurses who checked my vitals were very sweet. My nurse was also very nice and explained a lot about my condition. My doctor was busy... was hoping to talk to him more but maybe he had more urgent cases in other rooms.
